Ferguson of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia at the Cabell County, West Virginia Courthouse on the 28th day of June, 2023, at 9:30 AM, at which place and time any interested parties may appear and protect their interests if they so desire, regarding the property located at 1362 Hall Street, Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia and described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in that part of the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, commonly known as Walnut Hills, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed by the Huntington Land Company to John B. Gallaher, Jr., and designated as tract #2, in a deed from F. W. Riggs, Special Commissioner, to the Huntington National Bank, dated June 2, 1923, and recorded in the Cabell County Court Clerk’s office, West Virginia, in Deed Book 206, page 109, which said property is known as 1362 Hall Street, and is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the south-west corner of a lot conveyed to Emma E. Nunnally by W. F. Stephenson and wife, by deed dated July 1, 1919, and recorded in Deed Book 165, page 116; thence with the east line of Hall Street N. 19DEGREES 30′ W. 42 1/2 feet; thence leaving Hall Street N. 68DEGREES 28′ E. 202 1/2 feet to a stake in the east line of said lot; thence with the same, S. 19DEGREES 30′ E. 34.8 feet to a stake at the south- east corner of said lot; thence S. 67DEGREES W 202 1/2 feet to the point of beginning.
