INVITATION TO BID The City of Nitro, West Virginia seeks an experienced asphalt contractor to convert two existing pickleball courts into two basketball courts: one to be a full size court and one to be a half court. The work includes demolition, prep, cleaning, paving, sealing, and striping areas. The courts are located on Park Avenue at Nitro City Park (beside the Children’s Park Pavilion Shelter).
