The Kanawha County Board of Education Charleston, WV will receive bids HVAC and Roofing Renovations to Capital High School until 2:30 p.m., local prevailing time on the 6th day of February, 2020, at the office of the Kanawha County Board of Education, 3300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 22nd day of January, 2020 at 2:30 p.m., at the school. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. Each Bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perfom1work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 2 1, Article 1 1, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder’s Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Board of Education of the County of Kanawha, Charleston WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Kanawha County Board of Education, shall be submitted with each Bid.
