Notice is hereby given to Anthony Williams, the biological father of the minor child that if he objects to the granting of said Petition he may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570 on WEDNESDAY, MAY 15, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. before the Honorable Jason Fry, Circuit Court Judge of Wayne County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. legal adoption of the minor child.
