Asbestos abatement (if required), demolition, cleanup of debris, proper disposal, and leveling and seeding of the area should be included in the cost for each address listed. A full demolition packet with detailed information is available by contacting Angela Tackett at 304-442-5181. Site visits are available and encouraged. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Demolition Bid” and are due at Montgomery City Hall, 321 4th Avenue, Montgomery, WV 25136 by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Bids will be opened on May 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the council meeting. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
