NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the City of Huntington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, February 3rd, 2020 to consider the following: Issue: A petition to rezone from R-4 Residential District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, property located at 1522 9th Avenue. Cabell County Tax District 5, Map 31, Parcel 132. Owner: Amerco Real Estate Co, 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85004 Petitioner: Jeff Bowles, MCP for U-Haul of Fair Field, 1528 9th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 Issue: Amendments to the City of Huntington Zoning Ordinance Article 1327 C-1, Neighborhood Commercial District to add Tattoo Parlors as a Special Permitted Use and Article 1329 C-2, Highway Commercial District to add Tattoo Parlors as a Permitted Use. Any interested party may appear before the Planning Commission, either in person or by agent, for the purpose of speaking for or against this petition.
