TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vesting in it by that certain Deed of Trust recorded on April 22, 2019, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Book No. 2736 at Page 363, Travis M. Harrah did convey unto Vance Golden, Attorney, as Original Trustee, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Elk River Trustees Inc., as Substitute Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee recorded on April 15, 2024, in Book 419 at Page 561 in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said Deed of Trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Town of Chapmanville Water and Sewer Department, Logan County, West Virginia will receive separate sealed bids for the construction of the Dalton odby Airport Sanitary Sewer Extension Project as follows: Contract 1- Dalton odby Airport Sanitary Sewer Extension Project This project involves furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of approximately 420 feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe, 900 feet of 2-inch diameter force main, 3 manholes, one pumping station and other items as outlined in the Plans and Specifications. Bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid forms. Bids will be received by the Town of Chapmanville Water and Sewer Department at its offices at 983 North Main Street, Chapmanville, WV 25508 until 1:00 p.m., (Local Time) May 29, 2024 and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2024 at the Department’s office. Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The Contractor shall comply with the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act and shall require all subcontractors to comply with that Act. A Contractor’s License Number is to be included on the bid submission. The requirements stated in the advertisement for bids and the bid form may not be waived by any public entity.
