NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Nicholas County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from Architectural firms for all professional services to design and provide construction administration for the following: The project is to replace all existing deteriorated and collapsed interior sanitary sewer lines, plumbing fixtures and exterior sanitary lines from the building to the manholes at the existing Nicholas County High School Facility. Architects are invited to submit an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than May 17, 2024, close of business 4:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) at the Office of the Board of Education of Nicholas County, 400 Old Main Drive, Summersville, West Virginia 26651. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the service required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Nicholas County Board of Education for approval.
