REQUEST FOR BIDS HUNNICUTT STADIUM BATHROOM RENOVATIONS The Mercer County Board of Education is requesting bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for bathroom renovations at the H.P. Hunnicutt Stadium rinceton High School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the stadium, 1321 Stafford Drive, Princeton, WV 24739. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Mercer County Board of Education, shall be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder and all subcontractors will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, other requirements are detailed in the bid package. Copies of the bid package will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting only.
