JOHNSON, JR., deceased, and who last resided and was domiciled at 1080 Pauley Lane, South Charleston, West Virginia 25258. Eddie Childers, in his capacity as the Executor of the Estate of James F. Johnson, Jr., intends to use the Deed Back Program offered by the Land of Canaan HOA, Inc. for the timeshare located at Snowshoe. The Deed Back Program allows Mr. Childers to transfer the timeshare back to the Land of Canaan HOA, Inc., but it will cost the Estate $200.00 to do so.
