Notice At its February 20, 2025 Board meeting to be held at 10 am at the District’s office, 101 Camden Ave., Point Pleasant, WV, the Mason County Public Service District will hold a public comment on resolutions to be considered for final adoption which, if adopted, would approve implementation by District personnel and contractors, and approval of funding packages for the following water projects: Guyan Creek distribution system extension and Henderson distribution system extension. Due to the funding packages for these projects which the District has obtained, neither of these projects will increase water rates. Information regarding these projects is on file at the office of the District for review during business hours. Members of the public may appear at the February 20, 2025 public hearing and make comments regarding the projects. LH-212402 01-21;2025
