NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated January 19, 2007, executed by Borrower(s), Mary Farley and Scott Farley, to Richard A. Pill and David D. Pill, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3433, at Page 474. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 233 Morris Ave, Pratt, WV 25162- . WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated January 6, 2021, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 4478, Page 214. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Kanawha County, in Charleston, West Virginia, on the following date: 21st day of February, 2025 at 11:45 a.m. The surface of all that certain lot or parcel of real estate, together with the improvements thereon, situate in the Town of Pratt, Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, known and designated as Lot No. Sixteen (16) in that certain plan of lots entitled, “Subdivision of Surface Tracts, Section No. Two (2), Pratt, Kanawha County, West Virginia”, a map of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 15, at Page 2, together with all rights and easements appurtenant thereunto, including the right to use in common with the owners of the other lots, the streets, alleys and ways on said map set forth. Said lot is conveyed subject to all valid easements and restrictions of record, and to the prior exception and reservation of record of all of the coal, oil and gas underlying said lot and of the rights appurtenant thereto, and to any leases for coal, oil and gas purposes made pursuant thereto, and subject to any trust deeds or liens of record against said lot, and the parties of the second part hereby expressly assume any obligation secured by said trust deeds or liens. PUBLIC NOTICE THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA, HEREBY REQUESTS PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S CDBG, HOME, ESG, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, HOUSING AND OTHER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS The City of Huntington, West Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified planning and community development consultants to provide professional services in the planning and implementing of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Program, ESG Program, as well as economic development, housing, planning, other community development activities and preparation of redevelopment plans.
