NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 21, 2021, executed by Borrower(s), Savannah K. Ervin, to Bailey & Slotnick, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 4544, at Page 682. TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust, dated September 19, 2006, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Document No. 248946, in Book No. 2111, at Page 527, Amy Marie Burgess did convey unto Vance Golden, Attorney, Trustee(s), certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Seneca Trustees, Inc., as Substitute Trustee; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P.
