Bids from Certified Disadvantaged (Small, Minority and Women’s) Business Enterprises (DBE) will be received by Landcore Builders, LLC, at 1027 Stewart Street, Milton, West Virginia, until close of business on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The proposed work will include the construction of a pile and lagging retaining wall and drainage improvements at West Virginia International Airport (CRW). The pile and lagging wall consists of a steel W section encased in concrete shafts, concrete lagging, and earthwork to re-establish the slope. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications and any subsequent revisions required by the Authority or the FAA.
