West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design Services The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design Services for various upcoming projects. These projects will enhance WVSOM’s infrastructure to support its educational, research, and clinical objectives. A Copy of the Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be available for download under the Legal Notices section at www.wvsao.gov and on the Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC) Purchasing and Finance Website. All proposals be submitted in accordance with the EOI as issued. Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory meeting held to review and discuss specific items on the project list. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 11:00 am (EST) at the Executive Conference Room TC 102, WVSOM Testing Center, Lewisburg, WV. Attendance is required for all firms intending to submit a proposal. Proposals: Proposal Due Date: Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, May 27, 2025, by 4:30 pm (EST).
