ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Defendants, land more particularly described as follows: All those certain lot, piece or parcel of ground situate in Guyandotte District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map entitled Azel Meadows Realty Company Subdivision Number 1 of Shadowlawn, a copy of which map is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 192, at page 3, as LOT NO. TWENTY-TWO (22). It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiffs, herein, have used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants without success, it is ORDERED, that Defendants, above named, serve upon Cait Daniel, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P.O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 2nd day of June, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
