ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS GLENVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY RFB GSU 25-003 LBH LOUIS BENNETT HALL PARTIAL DEMOLITION McKINLEY ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING Notice is hereby given that Glenville State University will receive sealed bids for the LOUIS BENNETT HALL PARTIAL DEMOLITION project, located at 200 High Street, Glenville, West Virginia. The project involves the partial demolition of circa 1935 building with exterior improvements to remaining exposed facades and immediate site as a result of demolition. Abatement is included in Work of the Project. Concrete, gypsum board assemblies, steel framing, aluminum and steel railing systems, metal and EPDM roofing, fiber cement panels, CMU, cast stone, and brick masonry systems, electrical power, lighting, access control and fire alarm systems, earthwork, site drainage, concrete and segmental retaining walls and other general construction are included as indicated in the Bidding Documents. The work of this bid package will be awarded as a single prime contract.
