AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Steel of West Virginia has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Permit Update for its steel manufacturing operations located on 2nd Avenue & 17th Street in Huntington in Cabell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.42551389, -82.42889444. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be increased by the following amounts: 0.09 tons per year of particulate matter, 0.08 tons per year of particulate matter 10 microns or less in aerodynamic diameter, and 0.08 tons of particulate matter 2.5 microns or less in aerodynamic diameter. Startup of operations is planned to begin on or about the 15th of June, 2025.
