PO BOX 1688 ABINGTON, VA 24212 Location: HUNTINGTON, CABELL COUNTY Latitude: 38:27:42 Longitude: 82:18:11 Receiving Stream: LITTLE SEVEN MIL Activity: Operate and maintain a disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated industrial wastes (steam jenny, pre-paint cleaning, storm water runoff) and operate and maintain an existing 2,500 GPD sewage treatment plant, all of which discharge through Outlet No. 001 into Little Seven Mile Creek approximately 0.75 miles from the Ohio River. An antidegradation review has been conducted and Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses specified in Title 47, Series 2, Section 6. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the Draft Permit(s).
