NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE FOR THE HUNTINGTON- SOUTHSIDE TRAFFIC STUDY The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission (KYOVA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Southside Elementary School Cafeteria located at 930 2nd Street in Huntington, WV. The purpose of this meeting is to present the preliminary findings of a traffic study to reduce congestion during school drop off and pick up and improve safety around the elementary and middle schools.
