REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2025-05-01 PUBLIC ENTITY INSURANCE PACKAGE The City of Huntington, West Virginia is inviting request for proposals to furnish Vehicle Fleet and Equipment, Public Officials, Police and Firefighter Professional, Crime, Network Security and Privacy Insurance (Cyber), Liquor Liability, Employers’ Liability, Employee Dishonesty and Bonding, along with Umbrella insurance coverage. The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing insurance services for the City. The City may not necessarily proceed with an award based on the initial proposals received, and reserves the right to discuss contents of such proposals to obtain additional information and to negotiate changes in the proposal. Any questions or requests for additional information concerning this RFP should be submitted in writing through Bid Express on or before 10:00 a.m. June 13, 2025.
