ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 4th day of March, 2025, a petition was filed by The Quikrete Companies, LLC and Carlos Gauntlett in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia styled the Petition for Approval of Infant Settlement in Cabell County Civil Action No.: 25-P-53, requesting an Order of the Court so granting the relief requested in the Petition. Notice is hereby given to Brittany Jenkins that if she objects to the granting of said Petition she may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. before the Honorable Paul T. Farrell, Circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. approval of infant settlement claims of the subject minor children.
