NOTICE OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT: CITY OF HUNTINGTON AND MOUNTAINEER GAS COMPANY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Huntington (“City”) and Mountaineer Gas Company (“MGC”) have proposed to enter into a franchise agreement pursuant to which the City would grant the right to MGC to enter upon the municipal right of way for the purpose of laying gas lines, installing equipment, making repairs, and conducting other such operations as are necessary for the operations of MGC. The franchise agreement would have a term of five years with additional renewal periods. A copy of the proposed agreement is being held in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Huntington, and it shall be held for a period of thirty days prior to final approval by the City. Any member of the public may review the proposed franchise agreement during regular working hours consisting of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Scott A.
