ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above action for the Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 21 Cedar Drive, Linmont EST, Barboursville, West Virginia 25504 and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: Defendant be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendant on a date certain. That Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for unlawful entry and detainer under 50-4-5.
