INVITATION TO BID FIRE ALARM AND SECURITY MONITORING Charleston-Kanawha Housing will receive sealed bids for Fire Alarm and Security Monitoring until 2:00 PM on Thursday July 24th at the Administrative Office located at 1525 Washington St. W, Charleston, WV, at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at 10:00 AM at 1525 Washington St. W. Although encouraged, attendance to the pre-bid conference is not required. All bids shall be sealed into envelopes and contain the wording “Fire Alarm and Security Monitoring” Contract specifications may be obtained by visiting the Administrative Office located at the above-stated address or by contacting Patrick Messenger at 304-348-6451 ext: 313.
