INVITATION TO BID FIRE ALARM AND SECURITY MONITORING Charleston-Kanawha Housing will receive sealed bids for Fire Alarm and Security Monitoring until 2:00 PM on Thursday July 24th at the Administrative Office located at 1525 Washington St. W, Charleston, WV, at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at 10:00 AM at 1525 Washington St. W. Although encouraged, attendance to the pre-bid conference is not required.
