All Prime Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local standard time at the Wayne County Commission Chambers, Room 103, 700 Hendrick Street, Wayne, WV 25570.
