NOTICE/ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS QUIET TITLE TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT: It appearing, by affidavit filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the Defendants, Jason L. Arthur and Any unknown heirs or creditors of Jason L. Arthur claiming interest in 405 5th Avenue, Huntington West Virginia, is unknown. It is ordered that the Defendant, do serve upon Ryan Turner, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 25, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Further, a final hearing regarding the Plaintiff’s Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Quiet Title is scheduled before the Honorable Judge Gregory L. Howard, Jr. on 2nd day of September, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Cabell County Courthouse, Huntington, West Virginia.
