Crown Castle is proposing to increase the height of an existing telecommunications lattice tower to 220 feet and add lighting to the tower, which is located at the following site: near 3150 8th St, Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, 25701 (38 23 22.9 N / 82 25 32.9 W). The proposed lighting on the telecommunications tower is FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810), medium intensity flashing dual (white/red) strobe lights. Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
