TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust, dated July 31, 2006, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book No. 3382, at Page 432 and re-recorded in Book No. 3425, at Page 746 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on January 27, 2020, in Book No. 4404, at Page 991 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on December 3, 2021, in Book No. 4554, at Page 30, Peggy Hodge and Virgil Brinegar did convey unto David G.
