Industry: Huntington Alloy Corporation (Special Metals) Address: 3200 Riverside Drive, Huntington WV 25705 Violation: Meeting the Significant noncompliance for the Mercury daily concentration limit in the first SNC Period (April 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024) at Monitoring Point 002. Action Taken: Huntington Alloy Corp was issued a Notice of Violation for the Mercury daily concentration limit requiring a plan of corrective action. Huntington Alloy Corp was issued a penalty of $2000. Industry: Valicor Environmental Services LLC Address: 515 8th Avenue West, Bay 100, Huntington WV 25701 Violation: Meeting the Significant noncompliance for total toxic organics daily concentration limit in the first SNC Period (April 1 to September 30) at Monitoring Point 001.
