At a REGULAR session of the County Commission of Boone County, West Virginia, held at the Courthouse Annex thereof on the 15th day of June 2026, the following ORDER was made and entered. SUBJECT: PERMANENT CHANGE IN POLLING PLACE FORPRECINCT #12 – MEMORIAL BUILDING The following motion was offered by Commissioner Jeffrey A. Petry, Jr.Having, in accordance with West Virginia Code, Chapter 3, Article 1, Section 7, given notice to the public of the proposed permanent change in polling places for one precinct, as follows:Precinct #12 – Memorial Building from Veterans Memorial Building to Madison Civic Center, Madison WVAnd having held a public hearing on this day to solicit comments regarding said proposed permanent changes in polling place; there being no objections, either written or oral; that the Boone County Commission hereby ORDER that the above-stated change in polling place be adopted, effective with the 2026 General Election to be held November 3, 2026.
