PUBLIC NOTICE CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER Lincoln County OEMS/911 is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower location is off Scites Road, Midkiff, WV (38-09-48.36N and 82-10-11.23W). The self-support tower will be up to 410 feet (including an up to 10-ft. lightning rod) in height.
