Public Meetings Lower Mud River Floodwall Project The Corp of Engineers along with the City of Milton and representatives from the State of West Virginia will hold two “Open Office Hour” meetings, at the Milton City Hall, 1139 Smith Street, Milton, WV. These informative meetings are intended for the public to receive answers to their questions regarding the floodwall project. These “Open Office Hour” meetings are scheduled for: Thursday, August 29, 2019 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2019 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to stop by anytime throughout the day and speak with those who engineered the project and worked hard to make this project a possibility.
