INVITATION TO BID R2l00786 The Marshall University Office of Purchasing, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including, but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for Marshall University’s Sorrell Maintenance Building HVAC System Project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 10/8/20 for Mechanical Contractors, via Zoom at https://marshall.zoom.us/j/93481899806?pwd=cG12R0w3c2t UNmMvSmhmNWFnVTNt Zz09. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. An optional Site Inspection will be held Friday, 10/9/20 at 9:00 a.m. for vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting. All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Angela White Negley via email at [email protected] by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 10/14/20.
