IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: JAMES R. KANNIARD, An Alleged Protected Person CASE NO.: 2019-G-125 SCHEDULING ORDER It is hereby ORDERED that a hearing is scheduled in this matter for Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11;00 a.m., before the Honorable Virginia Ann Grottendieck, Mental Hygiene Commissioner, via Microsoft Teams videoconference. The mental Hygien Office and Councel will circuilate a link to log into the Teams hearing by October 29, 2020. It is further ORDERED that the parties and counsel shall make necessary arrangements to attend via Teams, and to prepare clients and witnesses to do the same. Microsoft Teams permits attendance by videoconference or telephonic dial-in, and either method is acceptable to th eCourt. The parties, including interested parties, are directed to provide their email addresses to the Mental Hygiene Office so that they may appear via videoconferencing for this hearing. If a party is unable to use videoconferencing, the dial-in information will be provided by the Mental Hygiene Office. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this ORDER to (1) all counsel of record via U.S. mail and email addresses; and (2) the Petitioner; (3) the alleged Protected Person; and (4) any listed interested parties, via U.S. mail.
