Fox, in certain Cabell County, West Virginia, improved real estate, located at 7020 Rear-Ohio River Road; Lesage, West Virginia, be determined to be the property of the heirs of Timothy Edward Fox, deceased, pursuant to a final divorce order entered by the Family Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on September 10, 2014, in Civil Action Number 14-D-0622; and that, if necessary, the Court appoint a special commissioner to convey the interest in the said Defendant, accordingly, by deed.TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT:It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that DAWN M. FOX is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that DAWN M. FOX serve upon Paul A. Ryker, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 5950 US Route 60 East; Suite B; Barboursville, West Virginia 25504, an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before November 30, 2020.
