It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Kathy Laura Bowles, David Lee Bowles and/or any current occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Kathy Laura Bowles, David Lee Bowles and/or any current occupants via personal service on October 7, 2020 without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Kathy Laura Bowles, David Lee Bowles and/or any current occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D.
