INVITATION TO BID Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for the Marshall University Digital Forensic Lab in the Weisberg Family Applied Engineering Complex Buildout. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 1, 2019 in the Marshall University Memorial Student Center Room 2W22, 1680 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25755. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: General Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud, and recorded in the Office of Purchasing, Room 125, Old Main Building, Marshall University Campus.
