NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by LEE ENDSLEY to K. E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 9TH day of JANUARY, 2014, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINOS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2518, at page 133, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 3RD day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 400, at page 686, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on OCTOBER 30, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Huntington, Guyandotte District, Cabell County, West Virginia, !mown and designated on a map of FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 1, a copy of which map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on August 14, 1923, in Map Book No. 2, at page 233, as LOT NUMBER ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (117), and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Greenoak Drive, said point being the corner between Lots 117 and 116, as shown on map; thence with line between said lots, North 89 15′ E. 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 0 45′ E. 40.00 feet to a point; thence South 89 15′ W. 150.00 feet to a point in said east line of Greenoak Drive; thence with said east line North 0 45′ W. 40.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING, SUBJECT to an easement 2.5 feet in width across the east end of said lot for sewer, water, gas and telephone service.
