ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO: SHELLEY RENEE DESKINS: Please take notice that a Complaint has been filed against Shelley Renee Deskins, in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia. The object of the civil lawsuit is for the Plaintiff to recover for her personal injuries and damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on July 10, 2017, on Piedmont Road in Cabell County, West Virginia. It is hereby ORDERED that Shelley Renee Deskins respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Letisha R. Bika, Esq. and Farmer, Cline & Campbell, PLLC, whose address is Post Office Box 3842, Charleston, West Virginia 25338, an Answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Shelley Renee Deskins may have to the Complaint filed against her in this action, on or before November 14, 2019. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before November 14, 2019, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Shelley Renee Deskins for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
