Invitation to Bid The Marshall University Office of Purchasing , on behalf of the Marshall University Printing Services Department, invites sealed bids to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of a programmable 37″ paper cutter and factory installed options that include; side tables, spiral binding ergo touch cut buttons, spiral binding bar code option, spiral binding install, and training.
