Adkins Or The Unknown Heirs of Keith T. Adkins, And Josephine Adkins Or the Unknown Heirs of Josephine Adkins. To: KELLY GRIFFITH OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KELLY GRIFFITH, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JULIA PARAHAM, KEITH T. ADKINS OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KEITH T. ADKINS, and JOSEPHINE ADKINS OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSEPHINE ADKINS It appearing by Complaint to Quiet Title filed in this action that the Plaintiffs, Robert Adkins and Sindy Adkins desire to quiet title to certain tracts of real property located in Wayne County, West Virginia, formerly titled in the name of Julia Adkins. That by affidavit filed herein, the whereabouts and addresses if the above persons are unknown at the present time. It is therefore ORDERED that Kelly Griffith Or The Unknown Heirs of Kelly Griffith, The Unknown Heirs Of Julia Paraham, Keith T. Adkins Or The Unknown Heirs of Keith T. Adkins, And Josephine Adkins Or The Unknown Heirs of Josephine Adkins and/or any persons who may so object to said relief, appear at the hearing of this Complaint to Quiet Title to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, before the Honorable Paul T. Farrell, Circuit Judge, on October 12, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. or otherwise serve their response upon Scott D. Maddox, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 2320 Adams Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25704 by October 5, 2021. Failure to appear or respond will result in Plaintiffs seeking the relief requested in the Complaint to Quiet Title filed herein. A copy of the Complaint for Guardianship may be obtained from the above-named counsel for Plaintiff or from the Cabell County Circuit Clerk.
