IN THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF PUTNAM COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA NOTICE OF HEARING ON ORDERS TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DELINQUENT OR UNPROGRESSED ESTATES The undersigned Fiduciary Supervisor does hereby NOTIFY all persons interested in the below estates that a hearing before the County Commission on this matter has been scheduled on Thursday, the 28th day of October, 2021, at 5:30 o’clock p.m., at the Courthouse located at 12093 Winfield Road, Winfield, West Virginia, on the Order to Show Cause previously entered by the County Commission on the 29th day of July, 2021, for presentation of the Reports thereof by the Fiduciary Supervisor against the following appointed personal representatives: Estate of Charles William Byrd Charles Byrd, Executor DBN Estate of Pamela Fay Chapman Misty Chapman, Administratrix Estate of Cogar, Terry Reed Jodi A. Richardson, Administrator CTA Estate of Woodall, David Wayne Tammi Woodall, Administratrix The above personal representatives and any interested persons are hereby NOTIFIED to appear at such hearing and take such actions as he or she deems proper, otherwise the County Commission may take such action as it deems appropriate including removing the appointed personal representative from office and appointing another appropriate person as personal representative or ordering that the estate be administratively closed, all in accordance with law.
