LEGAL NOTICE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY PHYSICAL PLANT ONLINE SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Marshall University’s Physical Plant Office will utilize an internet auction for the sale of surplus and miscellaneous equipment. The University has the need to dispose of surplus property that is no longer needed by the University. Marshall University will be selling items on GovDeals.com, an online government surplus auction site. Items will be posted starting in October 2021. Bids will be accepted according to the opening and closing bid times on each item. All equipment will be sold “as is” and “where is.” Each added item on the GovDeals website will include opening and closing bid dates and times. Prospective bidders should check the GovDeals auction site regularly for new postings (www.GovDeals.com/marshalluniveristy.) You must register online with GovDeals.com to participate in the auctions.
