CABELL COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY 750 5th Avenue Huntington, WV 25701 PUBLIC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE as provided in W. Va. Code 8-29A-10, that the Cabell County Airport Authority, having paid off and discharged in full all of its indebtedness, obligations and liabilities, and having conveyed the airport properties, appurtenances and facilities to the Robert Newlon Airport, Inc., on September 20, 2021, it is the intention and desire of the Cabell County Airport Authority to dissolve, with this Notice to be published as a Class I-0 legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of W. Va. Code 59-3-1, once a week for two consecutive weeks, and the publication area for such publication shall be Cabell County. Upon the receipt of an affidavit from the publisher of the Cabell County newspaper showing publication this Notice, the Authority will cause a Certificate of Dissolution to be executed under its name and seal for recordation in the Office of the Clerk of Cabell County, and thereupon its dissolution shall be complete.
