NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO: 21-A-93 Honorable: Christopher D. Chiles IN RE: THE PETITION OF KENNETH CHAD MULLINS, Petitioner, AND AMBER BABETTE MULLINS, Co-Petitioner, FOR THE ADOPTION OF A.G.B, INFANT CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE YEARS, Petitioners. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is the adoption of A.G.B. pursuant to the previously filed Petition for Adoption. Wherein, Ricky Clark Butler, Jr., the legal father of the infant child, A.G.B., is hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Christopher D. Chiles, Judge of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on November 15, 2021 at the hour of 1:15 PM in his courtroom located in the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time Ricky Clark Butler, Jr. or his representative may appear to defend his action. Ricky Clark Butler, Jr. is further notified that he may file an Answer or written defense to the Adoption Petition within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petitioners’ attorney Noel M. Olivero, Esquire, 652 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 and the Circuit Clerk of Cabell County, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, and that if he fails to respond he may not receive further notice of this adoption proceeding. Ricky Clark Butler, Jr. is further notified that his parental rights may be terminated in this proceeding. A copy of the Adoption Petition may be obtained by Ricky Clark Butler, Jr. from the above referenced Circuit Clerk at her office located at the Cabell County Courthouse.
