PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON CASE NO. 21-0383-MC-T ALLIED WASTE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA, LLC, DBA REPUBLIC SERVICES OF WEST VIRGINIA, a limited liability company, Tariff filing as it pertains to trash service under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. F-7336, F- 7418, F-7550, and those customers in Cabell and Wayne Counties serviced under F-7337, by adding an extra bag charge for each bag over eight 30-gallon bags up to a limit of 15 bags, to add language pertaining to construction and demolition debris and to add language to the optional pure-pert-bag-rate for residential service under P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7418. NOTICE OF FILING On May 11, 2021, Allied Waste Services of North America, LLC dba Republic Services of West Virginia (“Republic”) filed a petition for modification of tariff. Republic has requested to amend its tariff to include an optional charge of $1.00 for each bag over eight bags. Republic seeks to add this language to Certificate Nos. F-7336, F-7418, F-7550, and for customers in Cabell and Wayne Counties serviced under Certificate No. F-7337. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive fonnal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the. application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
