ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Huntington WV Solicitation to Bid #: 2022 02-01 Electrical/Traffic Box Renovation The City of Huntington issuing the solicitation to invite bids from West Virginia Licensed Contractors for the renovation of eight (8) Electrical/Traffic boxes located throughout the City. This renovation shall include rust removal and repainting of the boxes. A list of the locations as well as photographs of the boxes to be renovated may be found below. All work to be performed will be awarded to a single bidder for uniformity of work. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting(s) on Tuesday March 1st starting at 2:00 p.m. local time at the intersection of 11th Street and Veterans Memorial Boulevard Huntington WV across from Heritage Station. All questions must be asked through the city’s electronic bid service bidexpress.com and are due by Thursday March 3rd, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. All bids must also be submitted through the city’s electronic bid service bidexpress.com and are due by Wednesday March 9th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be opened in the City Clerk’s Office Rm 16 City Hall 800 5th Avenue Huntington WV.
