Request for Bids The Village of Barboursville is now accepting RFP’s to provide a camera security system at the Barboursville Park Turf Soccer Fields located at 970 Deer Park Road. The system controls will be installed in the electrical utility room soon to be constructed. The designer shall provide his scheme detailed on a drawing for the three fields. The proposal shall include cost of equipment and labor for installation. Also, the proposal shall include labor, equipment, and material cost as a separate item for conduit and wire size. The drawing shall indicate the height above ground surface of each camera and the direction relative to each light pole. A sketch will be provided showing the most likely position of each light pole. A specification package will be available at the Recorder’s Office between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. February 11, 2022. The Village of Barboursville will accept proposals in a sealed envelope labelled “Camera Security System Proposal” for the Turf Soccer Fields” delivered to the Village of Barboursville Recorder’s Office by 11:00 A.M. Tuesday March 1, 2022. The proposals will be opened publicly at 11:10 and presented to the Council at the next council meeting.
