Legal Ad ITB #: 2022-02-05 Video Conferencing Equipment The City of Huntington is inviting companies that are both WV Licensed Contractors and Shure Integrated Systems certified installers to bid on equipment for upgrading our current Conference Room Audio Video Solutions and the labor to install the equipment. A detailed list of the equipment that we are seeking to purchase can be found within Bidexpress.com. Vendors will be required to provide the cost of labor to install the equipment as part of the bid price. A mandatory meeting will be held at Huntington City Hall (800 5th avenue, Huntington WV 25701) on Friday March 4th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. This meeting shall be held in the mayor’s conference room & office. All questions must be asked through the city’s electronic bid service bidexpress.com and are due by Monday March 7th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. local time.
